On Tuesday 18th March, Seeds of Wild Experiences hosted a truly special evening—an Experimental Supper Club in collaboration with neuroscientist and author Dr. Anne-Laure Le Cunff, in celebration of her debut book, Tiny Experiments. Held at Palm 2 in East London, the evening blended food, neuroscience, curiosity, and connection in one immersive and unforgettable experience.

🧠 What Does It Mean to Live an Experimental Life?
Guided by this question, guests gathered for an intimate dinner and conversation hosted in dialogue with multidisciplinary artist and creative director Sravya Attaluri. Together, Anne-Laure and Sravya explored the themes of Tiny Experiments—including curiosity, adaptability, and navigating uncertainty with joy and intention. The Q&A opened space for personal reflections, questions, and insights on how to weave experimentation into everyday living.

🍽️ A Culinary Journey by Seeds of Wild
To complement the conversation, Seeds of Wild curated a plant-based North African menu—our vibrant and playful take on brain food. Guests dined on a full-course spread crafted to nourish the senses, spark discussion, and pay homage to the flavours of the region. As always, our menus are deeply inspired by nature, culture, and wellbeing—and this dinner was no exception.

The menu was:

Dairy-free

Meat and seafood-free

Filled with nutrient-rich ingredients like pistachios, walnuts, brazil nuts, legumes, fermented elements, and warming spices

(For those with allergies or specific dietary concerns, we shared an allergen statement in advance to ensure everyone had clarity around the menu.)

🗣️ Connection-Driven Conversation
With conversation prompts at each table, the evening invited deep sharing and thoughtful exchange. Our guests—creatives, entrepreneurs, writers, designers, and curious minds—came together not just to eat, but to reflect on how small, intentional changes can lead to big transformations.

Throughout the evening, themes from Tiny Experiments emerged naturally:

How can we stay curious in a fast-paced world?

What does it look like to explore without attachment to outcomes?

How do food, culture, and neuroscience intersect in our day-to-day decisions?

🌿 A Seeds of Wild Evening
This supper club was more than a dinner—it was an experiment in itself. A test of what happens when people slow down, gather with purpose, and explore their inner and outer landscapes together.

We’re honoured to have co-hosted this event with Anne-Laure Le Cunff and Sravya Attaluri, and grateful to everyone who joined us for a night of reflection, flavour, and connection.
